Locally Listed retrofit, wandsworth (Conservation area)
Retrofit and refurbishment of a locally listed family home in the Wandsworth Conservation Area.
Having just received planning permission, the project sees the extension of the ground floor to create a spacious open-plan living area with each design element chosen to complement the property's rich history. We retained the heritage features with arched timber French doors and exquisite red brick detailing and chose French doors and rooflights to bring in natural light and offer a great view towards the beauty of the garden.
